The Board of Directors has established the following rules and regulations for the Lakeland Park Property Owner’s Association Park located at on On the Lake Road. All users of the park will be subject to the following:

- The park may only be used by residents living within the 31.2 acres that make up Lakeland Park Subdivision and Lakeland Park Waterfront. The park may also be used by Lakeland Park Property Association (“POA”) Honorary Members in good standing.
- Guest Policy: Members and Honorary Members in good standing may bring their guests to the park. Should the number of guests exceed 12, a notification to the Board of Directors is required at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Owners must be in control of their dogs at all times and waste picked up and removed by the dog owner.
- The boat ramp may not be blocked at any time.
- Recreational items such as rafts, tubes, kayaks and the like may not be left unaccompanied. Any item left behind may be discarded without notice.
- No camping.
- No littering.
- No fireworks.
- No fires.
- No commercial activity is allowed on park grounds.
- Noise ordinance enforced
- Disorderly conduct, unlawful or dangerous activities are prohibited.
- No restroom facilities in park.
- ANYONE DAMAGING PROPERTY WILL BE PROSECUTED.
- The POA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. Swim at your own risk.
- NO PARKING EXCEPT AS DESIGNATED BELOW:
- Except for loading and unloading for a maximum of 15 minutes, parking of passenger vehicles is not allowed — whether in the park or on the easement leading into the park. The easement stretches from Lake Austin inside the park to the top of Boyd Lane at River Bend Drive.
- Parking of a limited number of small recreational vehicles such as golf carts, 4-wheel utility vehicles is allowed (no more than 6). Parking of such vehicles is only allowed in designated areas.
- No parking on grass.
- VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE
- Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

If you witness a violation of any of the rules listed above, please do not confront the offender, instead, please document the violation with photos, video and/or audio and send to the Board of Directors at [email protected].
